PRODUCTS DESCRIPTION

Flexible Mineral Insulated Fire Resistant Power Cables, on the basis of the conventional fire-resistant cable, the filler includes fire-proof glass fiber tape, magnesium hydroxide, fire-proof mud, lime powder, ceramic silicone rubber, etc. referring to the bending radius of ordinary power cable is 15-20 times of the cable outer diameter, after adding the metal sheath and filling, its actual bending radius will be larger and its weight will be heavier.

 

PRODUCTS CHARACTERISTIC

Fire resistance:

1. Power on continuously for 180 minutes at 950 ℃ without breakdown;

2. The flame at 650 ℃ for 15 minutes and then subjected to 15 minutes of water spray without breakdown;

3. Under 950 ℃ flame, it can withstand knocking vibration for 15 minutes without breakdown;

 

Without Connector:

Flexible Mineral Insulated Fire Resistant Power Cables, it can be customized according to the customer requirements, without connector, reducing the cost of connector and improving the stability of the cables.
